I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a lovely unobtrusive view of the lake, and they even provided fresh milk and lake water, which was a nice touch. However, the sewer smell in the room was quite unbearable, especially for longer stays. The service was exceptional, with staff being very considerate and attentive. The location was fantastic, right on the shores of Lake Akan, making it easy to explore. Overall, while there were some great aspects, the room issues definitely impacted my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is super convenient, right near the lake, which made exploring easy. The room was spacious and came with a private onsen, but there was a persistent sewer smell that made it uncomfortable at times. The service was absolutely delightful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. While the dining was good, it could have offered a bit more variety, especially for breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a uniquely serene experience. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a private onsen, which is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was delightful, and I appreciated the location close to the lake. However, I found the dining options a bit limited, and while the amenities were nice, there’s definitely room for improvement there.

The hotel is a wonderful hidden gem situated on the shores of Lake Akan in Akan National Park, making for a fantastic location. The rooms are very tidy and well-equipped, while the staff is delightful and attentive. However, the overall facilities could use a little more attention to cleanliness compared to other places I've stayed at. Dining was a treat with a delicious multi-course menu, but it was not quite as plentiful as I expected from an onsen experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the in-room onsen was absolutely fantastic, providing a luxurious feel to my experience. The service was delightful and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. While the location was convenient being near the lake, it wasn't a bustling area. The dining options were varied, catering to both western and Asian tastes, although I would have preferred a buffet instead of a set menu. Overall, it was a good value for money, but there were a couple of minor drawbacks.
