I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a lovely unobtrusive view of the lake, and they even provided fresh milk and lake water, which was a nice touch. However, the sewer smell in the room was quite unbearable, especially for longer stays. The service was exceptional, with staff being very considerate and attentive. The location was fantastic, right on the shores of Lake Akan, making it easy to explore. Overall, while there were some great aspects, the room issues definitely impacted my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is super convenient, right near the lake, which made exploring easy. The room was spacious and came with a private onsen, but there was a persistent sewer smell that made it uncomfortable at times. The service was absolutely delightful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. While the dining was good, it could have offered a bit more variety, especially for breakfast.
